Express Post Mail Bag (with Signature Required)
Obtain a large Express Post mail bag that requires a signature upon delivery. This bag is necessary for the secure transmission of your documents. Make sure you record and keep the PG number from that bag, as it will be required in your paperwork.
Complete and fill in every field. If requested information is not applicable, enter N/A. Do not leave any field blank.
- When you see your name written as “FIRST MIDDLE LAST” (all capitals), you must write it in ALL CAPS.
- When you see your name written as “First Middle Last” (title case), you must write it in Title Case.
- This rule applies at all times and must be followed exactly whenever those styles are shown.
Trust and Unincorporated Association (U/A) Naming
You must decide on the names for your Trust and your Unincorporated Association before Week One. These names will be required immediately in the drafting process.
- Trust format: [Chosen name] Estate Trust
- U/A format: [Chosen name] and Associates
Do not use your personal name in either of these. Using your own name will cause problems in the structure.
